Patient Information.

Attached is patient information on common disorders seen in an optometric office. When used with pictures or diagrams in the office, this information will help answer patient questions. The purpose of making this information available is to give the patient a permanent source of reference. This information was compiled with the intention of being copied and distributed to the patients of Ferris State College of Optometry.
