Description
The purpose of this study was to assess the validity of the Taylor Visagraph II. Ten preoptometry students were tested with the Visagraph and the Gray Oral Reading Test (GORT). They were then given a take home reading assignment aimed at increasing reading fluency. One week after the initial testing, the subjects were retested on the Visagraph and the GORT. Both the Visagraph and the GORT measures showed an improvement, with the Visagraph results having a more significant change.
